Upon return of any product, a credit note of 100% of the invoice value will be issued which can be redeemed in one year from the date of return. Customers must present a digital or physical copy of the invoice. Our Quality Check team will approve the return only if there is no damage or tampering. Any repair costs, in case of any damage detected, required will be deducted from the original invoice value. Customers must return the product along with the authenticity certificate.Exchange & Upgrade Policy
Apart from lifetime exchange, we take it a step further and assure you lifetime upgrade as well for all products except for custom orders. Our Quality Check team will approve the exchange or upgrade only if there is no damage or tampering. We also offer a lifetime buyback of all our products except for custom orders. These are the terms and conditions for our buyback policy:- Buyback Value:You can sell back any item you've purchased from Ashth at 70% of the invoice value, at any point after purchase.
- Where to Redeem:This buyback can be redeemed at any Ashth outlet. Please ensure you visit our official stores to avail this service
- Invoice Requirement:Customers must present either a digital or a physical copy of the original purchase invoice to initiate the buyback process.
- Product Condition:Our Quality Check team will inspect the product to confirm there is no damage or tampering. The product must be in its original condition to qualify for buyback.
- Deductions for Damages:If any damage is detected, the cost of necessary repairs will be deducted from the buyback value.
- Authenticity Certificate:The product must be returned along with the original authenticity certificate issued at the time of purchase.
