At Ashth Jewelry, we offer a 14-day return policy for orders delivered within India, except for custom or made-to-order products.
Upon approval of a return, a credit notes equivalent to 100% of the invoice value will be issued. The credit note is valid for one year from the date of return. Customers must present a digital or physical copy of the purchase invoice.
All returned products are subject to inspection by our Quality Check team. Returns are approved only if the product is unused, unworn, and free from damage or tampering. Any repair or restoration costs, if required, will be deducted from the invoice value. Products must be returned along with the original authenticity certificate.
Ashth Jewelry offers lifetime exchange and lifetime upgrade on all products delivered within India, except for custom orders.
All exchange or upgrade requests are subject to quality inspection. Any repair costs due to damage or wear will be deducted from the exchange or upgrade value. The original authenticity certificate must be provided.
Ashth Jewelry offers a lifetime buyback for products delivered within India, excluding custom orders.
A return or refund request may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as receipt of a damaged or defective product. Such requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with clear supporting images or documentation.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
All international return or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved solely at the discretion of Ashth Jewelry. Approved refunds, if any, are processed through the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines.
